Why Jurisly exists
From end-2027, every Singapore employer with 25 or more staff will need a written grievance process, and must actually run it: inquire, review, tell the employee the outcome, keep records and keep it confidential. Large companies have compliance teams and case-management systems for this. Most SMEs have one or two HR people, staff who speak many languages, and a shared drive. Jurisly is meant to close that gap at a price an SME can see up front.
Founder
Jurisly is built by Zaifee, a Singapore-based founder who runs C-Vids Productions and builds software products for small businesses. Before building software, he spent years deploying workplace technology for large organisations.
How we write about the law
- We are not lawyers, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
- Every legal statement in our Workplace Fairness Act guide links to the Act itself or to MOM.
- Where the law is unclear, for example how employees are counted towards the 25 threshold, we say so rather than guess.
- Each guide shows when it was last checked. When MOM or TAFEP publish new guidance, we update the guides.
- We don't publish testimonials, customer counts or certifications we don't have.
