Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Jurisly.ai platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Jurisly.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Subscriber") and Jurisly.ai ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and, if registering on behalf of a law firm or legal entity, are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
Jurisly.ai provides an AI-powered legal receptionist platform designed for law firms and legal practitioners in Singapore. The Service enables subscribers to deploy an AI chat assistant that responds to client enquiries, captures leads, facilitates appointment bookings, and integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.
We endeavour to maintain the Service with a high level of uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where practicable.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Material changes that adversely affect existing subscribers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@cvidsproductions.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is intended for use by a single law firm. You may add lawyer profiles within your account as permitted by your plan, but you may not share your account credentials with individuals outside your firm or use the Service for multiple distinct firms under a single subscription.
The Service is offered on the following monthly subscription plans (prices in USD): Starter at $88 per month (up to 2 practice areas, 300 chat sessions per month, web widget); Pro at $168 per month (up to 4 practice areas, 1,000 chat sessions per month, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger bots, Google Calendar sync, custom branding); Firm+ at $388 per month (up to 6 practice areas, unlimited chat sessions, all Pro features, multi-lawyer seats, priority support, dedicated onboarding).
New subscribers may access a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts are subject to usage limits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless cancelled. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the change takes effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
The Service is intended solely for legitimate law firms and legal practitioners to assist with client communication, lead capture, and appointment booking. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and professional conduct rules, including the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015 (Singapore).
You must not: (a) use the Service to provide or facilitate unauthorised legal practice; (b) input false, misleading, or defamatory content into the AI agent; (c) use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm third parties; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; (e) resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service without our written consent; (f) use automated tools to excessively scrape or overload the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' personal data through the Service, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and any other applicable data protection legislation. You should maintain your own privacy notice informing your clients that an AI assistant may process their enquiries.
The AI responses generated by Jurisly.ai are general legal information only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Jurisly.ai is not a law firm, is not practising law, and is not regulated by the Law Society of Singapore or any legal regulatory authority.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The law changes frequently, and the AI model may not reflect the most recent legislative amendments, case law, or regulatory guidance. All substantive legal matters require consultation with a qualified and admitted lawyer.
As a subscriber, you are responsible for ensuring that the AI agent deployed through your account is configured appropriately for your practice and complies with professional conduct obligations. We recommend that you review conversation logs periodically and ensure clients are directed to consult a qualified lawyer for advice on their specific circumstances.
Use of the Service does not create a solicitor-client relationship between the end-user and Jurisly.ai, or between the end-user and the subscriber firm, unless and until the subscriber's own lawyer engages the client directly.
All intellectual property rights in the Jurisly.ai platform, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including your firm name, logo, practice area descriptions, and custom instructions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@cvidsproductions.net. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that causes harm to us or third parties. We will provide notice of termination except where immediate action is required.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 90 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of clients, or reputational harm arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jurisly.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or professional conduct rule; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from the AI content deployed through your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation before the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
